THROWING CLUB is a fast-paced, engaging hour of throwing games and practice to help develop recreational baseball player,s skill, power and accuracy.  Games are highly engaging and adaptive, allowing for a high level of skill acquisition and fun.  Run by Ball Hawk instructors, many of the games come from our core playlist and other games are adapted for baseball-specific purposes.
